Returns & Refunds Policy

Unwashed, unused items in original packaged and with tags, where appropriate can be returned up to 48 hours from delivery date for exchange or store credit. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on undergarments. 

There will be no refunds. 

Her Place reserves the right to refuse the return of items deemed used or damaged while in customer's possession.
